Cecilia is a BASI-trained Pilates instructor with a strong background in sports and functional movement. Her classes focus on alignment, strength, and anatomy-based movement that supports the body in everyday life. She brings bright energy, clarity, and enthusiasm to every session, sharing not only her knowledge, but also a powerful sense of motivation and positivity. Rutvi embodies balance and presence in her teaching - gentle, attentive, and rooted in yogic wisdom. With a background in Yogashastra philosophy and years of experience, she specializes in yoga therapy, stress management, mental health, and pranayama. Elli is the soul of our studio. Warm, friendly, and always smiling, Elli brings radiant energy to every class.
