  • Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Most of our clients prefer stretchy clothes like leggings and a soft top. We practice barefoot to help with balance and grounding.

  • We are so happy to welcome you! Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and a curious, open heart. We provide mats and props, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

  • We would love to create a personalized experience for you. You can book a private session through our website or contact us directly. Our instructors are here to support your individual journey, whether you want to deepen your practice or focus on specific needs.

  • Not at all! Flexibility is something you develop over time. Our classes focus on mindful movement, strength, and mobility — you don’t need to touch your toes to start. Come as you are; we will guide you with care.

  • We recommend arriving about 5-10 minutes before the session starts. This gives you time to settle in, get comfortable, and ground yourself before we begin.

  • Your well-being is our priority. If you have any injuries or health concerns, please let the instructor know before class. We are happy to offer modifications and support you in finding a practice that feels good and safe for your body.
