How do I book classes after purchasing a package?

After purchasing a package, you can book classes directly from the confirmation email or use the unique code assigned to your account to book classes through our system.

What happens if a class is canceled?

If a class has fewer than two participants, it will be automatically canceled two hours before the start time. You will receive an email notification if this happens.

What is your no-show policy?

If you book a class and do not attend, the class fee will be charged to your card or deducted from your membership.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer discounts for students, seniors, and military personnel. Please provide a valid ID before purchasing to receive the discount.

Do I need to be experienced to join a class?
