Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of services and products from Gentle Yoga Studio (“Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Payment Terms

• We accept payments via credit/debit card, online bank transfers, and other payment methods specified on our website.

• All payments must be made in full before attending classes, purchasing memberships, or receiving any services.

• Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Delivery Time

• After purchasing a class, membership, or other service, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

• Digital products (such as online course access) are delivered immediately or within the time frame specified in the product description.

• Physical products, if offered, will be shipped within 6 business days.

3. Consumer’s Right to Cancel

• You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, provided the service has not yet been used.

• If the service has been partially used (e.g., a membership with attended classes), refunds are not possible.

• To request a cancellation, contact us at katietim@proton.me.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Class passes and memberships are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

• If a purchased service is canceled by us (e.g., a class is permanently removed), you will be offered a refund or an alternative option.

• If you are dissatisfied with a product or service, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

5. Handling Complaints

• If you experience any issues with our services, contact us at katietim@proton.me with a description of your complaint.

• We will respond within 6 business days and work towards a fair resolution.

6. Dispute Resolution

• If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

7. Membership Terms

• Memberships can be canceled or modified by contacting us at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

• Freezing or pausing memberships may be possible under certain conditions, such as medical reasons.

• Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
